If any of our products arrive damaged or broken, and we are at fault, we can replace or refund your purchase.
Wrongly shipped or defective products may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equal value upon presentation of the following: your sales receipt, and the original product (with its contents so it can be evaluated).
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, the refund will be made for the product only, less any return shipping and handling costs.
